Why we built Syskon

The residential property management sector is full of strong, independently owned firms. Most were built over many years by people who know their clients personally and trust the team around them.

When those owners think about stepping back, the usual choices are limited: sell to a larger group and watch the business absorbed into it, or wind down what took decades to build.

We offer something different. We take the business on as it is, back the team already running it, and invest to grow it over the long term. The owner leaves on fair terms, with their people and their clients in good hands.

We are looking to partner with founders and owners thinking about stepping back, in block management, lettings, or both.

Profitable, established firms with a team that wants to stay.

Revenue from around £1M to £10M.

UK wide.

If a firm sits a little outside this, we would still like to talk.
